His BABY MOMMA is CRAZY!!!?

I love my boyfriend and his 2 kids also, and we've been together for a lil over a year now. Everything is great EXCEPT this DAMN baby MOMMA D-R-A-M-A!! They are divorced and have 1 child together. She treats their child like she don't know how to be a momma, when the child comes over, he don't have no toothbrush, underwear, shoes that aren't matching and my heart goes out to the kid. SECOND, She has VISITATION of HIS oldest son,,not a guardian. SO WHY IN DA WORLD she wanna call the cops saying that's her son, stop by un-announced, and she does all of this INFRONT OF THE CHILD, just causing stupid ****. He doesn't talk to her unless he wants to see his son, other than that, she can't reach him by phone cuz she doesn't have the number. Yes he has told her plenty of times that "they" are over, stop calling and stalking and just "popping up". I don't know what to do because my heart goes out to the kids and it's just frustrating and I don't wanna punch her lights out....suggestions?

He has to take her to court. The Judge will have her take a psych exam and possibly give her supervised vistation.





If they deem her unstable, he could get custody.





In the meantime, keep records of all inidents, calls, showing up, police reports, etc...





If she acts irrational, video tape her behavior.
