Is my baby cousin of 15 months old smarter than average?

I never had any other baby nephew/neice before, and I think she's really smart, but I don't have anyone to compare with, so could you tell me a bit info? Here's my info about her.

She can't talk yet apart for a few words ('Aunt, mother, father, brother' in Chinese)

She can easily understand most of what we say to her.

She often teases us or her little brother (who's just 1 minute younger btw)

Examples: When her little brother has some toy which she wants, and he doesn't want to give it to her, she gets other toys and give them to him to trade!

There are things of which she knows she isn't allowed to do of us, then she often teases us by almost doing it slowly! (Like she isn't allowed to pick up shoes or something because they're dirty, so she goes to a shoe and sits and slowly reaches out for the shoe, looking at us with a cute and evil smile!)

When she just did 'number two', she gets a diaper by herself, lays down and gives the diaper to us!

Please tell me, I'm curious :P

she sounds like an average 15 month old.

she'd be above average smart if she could sing her abc's, tell you all the colors of a rainbow and spell her name.
Reply:your pants are on fire

edit: ok people I read the part that said she can't talk yet except 'Aunt, mother, father, brother' in Chinese and I thought it was a made up question but I guess he could be Chinese! sorry =)
Reply:It's awesome that you are so proud of your cousin! It sounds to me like she is doing everything right on time!
Reply:I think you are a very proud uncle and your niece might be doing some things ahead of time but is basically doing great!
Reply:Sounds pretty average. My older talked before she was one year old and walked at 10 months. My older child didn't talk much before three and didn't walk until 13 months but neither of them are smarter than the other now. They both did the teasing and getting into trouble with a smirk on their face.

One is in college on a scholarship and the other is a science and math wiz.
