What size shoe does a newborn baby wear?

It depends on where you are getting the clothes from. Most newborn sizes will be labeled either Newborn or 0-3 months. However, it%26#039;s really hard to tell b/c my baby was born weighing 8lbs and some of the newborn clothes were to big for her while others fit her just right.

Preferably none. Hard soled shoes delay walking by not giving a baby full use of how teh feet were itnended to be used.

Reply:they take a size NB in america. however, the APA suggests not putting shoes on your baby until they begin to walk outside. if you would like them for pictures, get the soft ones. but bare baby feet are soo cute.
Reply:A size 0. but newborns don%26#039;t really need shoes. They can interfere with normal foot development at such a young age if worn regularly. Better to stick with cute socks and booties and save the shoes for special occasions like christening and the like.
Reply:Anything that is soft bottom and says newborn on it. Booties socks and like little shoes that go with outfits would be fine for a newborn.
Reply:Usually a 0. There is nothing wrong with a baby wearing shoes. My son wore shoes the day he came home until he started walking. He walked early and nothing was wrong with his feet. My pediatrician said it was ok. Where do you people get your information.
Reply:Newborn baby really doesn%26#039;t have a shoe size but if u go to a shoe store and look for some it would usually be newborn,1,or 0
Reply:They dont wear shoes, just socks or padders are best. Shoes before a child walks are bad for them x
Reply:new borns do not need to wear shoes. it will effect their feet in the long run. they have newborn size shoes if you want to put them on for a picture or something, but other than that, socks are perfect for their little feet!
Reply:Ususally Newborn shoes or size 0, unless your baby has bigger feet. On some of the tags they have little size charts that you put the babys foot up to and it tells you the best size. But my daughter always kicked hers off so they didnt last long. Good Luck!!
