I wear bilateral AFO%26#039;s and have been unable to quiet the squeaks in my sneaker style shoes. I have tried baby powder, mole skin on the shoes and on the AFO%26#039;s, etc. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!!
How do you stop shoes from sqeaking because of plastic braces?
Try rubbermaid shelf or drawer liner. The foam with holes kind. Cut a small piece and place it where you think the squeak is coming from.
Reply:im not sure have u tried padding the edges where the brace is with thick cotton? it depends really where about the squeak is comming from
